empyre email list again - please join

My time, with Sandy Baldwin, is up as co-moderator of the October empyre; the discussion, if you remember, was on pain, suffering, and death in the virtual, but the subject was transformed by the hurricane and other approaches to pain, etc. as well. It was quite successful.

This next month's topic, moderated by others, is on RISK - and I think it would be excellent if you would join and read through. We don't have much happening here, and the hurricane helped to slow things up further unfortunately, but the empyre list usually has any number of postings by a wide variety of people. It's a moderated list, meaning the only posts that go through (for the most part) are on topic and fairly substantial.

Please use the following urls and write here if you have any issues. And we have a week to prepare work for the course, if you're still participating - and if you haven't participated before, please do.
